Welcome to Readoraa. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and receipts must be included.
- The item must not fall under our non-returnable categories listed below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where applicable.
4. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Readoraa is not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@readoraa.us.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
